IVF Cost in Bangalore 2026: From ₹1.6 lakh per Cycle

IVF for a Bangalore couple at our Delhi clinic costs ₹1,60,000 – ₹3,56,000 per cycle, with every line itemised below. When ICSI is advised, the cycle is ₹1,80,000 – ₹4,06,000. Flights and your stay are extra, and many tests can be done in Bangalore to keep trips short.

From ₹1.6 lakhOne IVF cycle, itemised below

Many Bangalore couples come to IVF in their thirties, after careers have settled. That timing shapes the cost more than the city does. Egg reserve falls with age. So the number of cycles, the medicine dose and the case for egg freezing all depend on when you start.

The other constraint is time off work. An IVF cycle needs a handful of days in Delhi, and the dates move with your scans. Knowing which days are fixed and which are flexible makes leave much easier to plan.

Flights between Bangalore and Delhi take roughly 2 hours 45 minutes. A Bangalore lab can handle your tests and early scans, with results checked by our doctor on WhatsApp. Below you will find our IVF price, the extras some couples need, and a note on egg freezing.

Egg freezing and IUI prices

Egg freezing suits women who want to delay pregnancy. IUI is a simpler first step for some couples, though it is not right for everyone.

TreatmentIncludesCost
IUI, per cycleIncluding washed sperm preparation₹10,000 – ₹25,000
Egg freezing (one cycle)Stimulation, collection and freezing; storage extra₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000

Egg freezing if you are not ready for IVF yet

Egg freezing lets a woman store eggs now and use them later. The process uses the same stimulation and egg collection as IVF, but the eggs are frozen instead of fertilised. One cycle costs ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000, and storage after the first year costs ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per year.

The age at which eggs are frozen matters more than the age at which they are used. Eggs frozen younger tend to be of better quality. Freezing does not promise a pregnancy later, and the doctor explains realistic chances after an AMH test and scan.

The ART Act allows ART services to women above 21 and below 50. Plan with that limit in mind. In May 2026, the Delhi High Court said this limit applies when treatment starts, so embryos frozen earlier can still be used. Read more on our egg freezing page.

Starting IVF after 35: what changes

Starting later is common, but the planning shifts. The AMH test and an ovarian scan become the first priority, as they show how many eggs the ovaries may produce.

  • The medicine dose may be higher, which raises that line of the estimate.
  • Freezing extra embryos, at ₹15,000 – ₹40,000, can save a full cycle later.
  • Some couples are advised more than one cycle to build up embryos.
  • With very low egg reserve, a donor egg programme may be discussed, at ₹2,30,000 – ₹5,36,000 for the cycle.

Your chances rest mainly on age, egg reserve, sperm quality and embryo quality. Consult your doctor before deciding on any of these options.

Fitting a cycle around office calendars

A good first step is to fix the month, not the day. Tell the doctor which weeks work best for leave, and the cycle can often be planned to start around them.

Most of an IVF cycle happens at home. The injections can usually continue in Bangalore, with early scans done at a local lab. The wife then travels for the final scans in Delhi, which decide the egg collection date.

StageWhereWork impact
Tests and first reviewBangalore, then WhatsAppShort lab visits
First consultationDelhi, both partnersA day or two of leave
Final scans and egg collectionDelhiThe longest block of leave; rest on collection day
Embryo transferDelhiSame stay if fresh; a new short trip if frozen
Pregnancy testBangaloreA morning blood test

Ask the doctor when you can fly home after the transfer and when to go back to work. The answer depends on your own case.

Comparing a package with an itemised cycle

A package quote gives one figure. An itemised cycle shows each part, so you can see what changes if, say, ICSI is added at ₹20,000 – ₹50,000. Ask any package provider for the same breakdown.

For national figures, see IVF cost in India.

Three questions help with any package. What happens to the price if the cycle is cancelled before collection? Is embryo freezing included, and for how long? If a second transfer is needed, is it inside the package or a new charge? Clear answers to these tell you more than the headline figure.

IVF cost questions Bangalore couples ask

What does IVF cost a Bangalore couple who treat in Delhi?

One cycle at our Delhi clinic costs ₹1,60,000 – ₹3,56,000, or ₹1,80,000 – ₹4,06,000 with ICSI. Add flights and a short stay for the Delhi visits.

What does test tube baby treatment cost if I am over 38?

The cycle range is the same, but the medicine line may be higher and more than one cycle may be advised. The doctor gives a written figure after your AMH test and scan.

Is egg freezing worth the cost if we plan IVF in a few years?

It can be for some women, especially if egg reserve is falling. One cycle costs ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000. Discuss your AMH result with the doctor before deciding.

How much leave does one IVF cycle take?

The longest block is around egg collection, when the wife stays in Delhi for the final scans and collection. Most other steps happen in Bangalore or over WhatsApp.

When is the ICSI cost added to the bill?

Only when ICSI is advised, usually for low sperm count, poor motility or earlier failed fertilisation. It adds ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 to the cycle.

Can embryos frozen in one cycle be used later without a new egg collection?

Yes. A frozen embryo transfer cycle uses stored embryos and costs ₹40,000 – ₹80,000. It avoids repeating stimulation and egg collection.
